Fire & Rescue New Zealand in partnership with Orion Safety Industries Pty Ltd is pleased to introduce the next generation in Helicopter Class A Foam bucket delivery systems.
In response to customer demand, Fire & Rescue New Zealand has engineered its newest product, the HELiFOAM System - a self-contained electronically controlled Class A Foam Direct Injection Delivery System, designed to be operated with a range of Monsoon Buckets.
EASY TO USE - Installation is simple, set up is made easy by the use of two electrical and one ARO quick disconnect couplings, a self-contained spill proof stowage container and a delivery hose which runs from the HELiFOAM unit down the strop into the Monsoon Bucket to dispense a liquid foam concentrate at a predetermined set percentage set by the Pilot into the Monsoon Bucket.
STORAGE - The HELiFOAM Direct Injection Delivery System is secured within a spill proof housing that is conveniently mounted inside the helicopter or on the Skid with the advantage of having the controller available at cyclic. It is designed to eliminate any potential spillage by transferring Class A Foam concentrate directly from the original 20 litre foam pail through a discharge hose extending down the strop into the Monsoon Bucket.

- Pilot selectable metering rate from 0.1% to 10% in 0.1% steps
- Petrochemical Industry grade pump and electronic components
- Connections: Power supply (5 a, 24 VDC) remote dosing switch
- Control panel can be mounted off the unit if required
- Decants directly from a standard Foam container
- Self-Contained Anti-Spill stowage area for 1 x 20 Litre foam pail
- Quick connect foam drum cap (2 per unit for quick pail change)
